  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
